Tenth Annual Leadership Conference October 15-17, 2008
Most successful organizations know better than to leave anything to chance and their top executives must diligently work to ensure that employees ''row in the
same direction.'' Executives follow a standard or a formal goal setting procedure; utilize processes that coordinate goals across the organizational structure;
and encourage interaction between levels of the organization.
To succeed organization-wide, (reaching goals with everyone doing their part), requires that all goals set at all levels of an organization are "congruent" and
are striving toward the same direction. That is, everyone, top to bottom, is clear about, and focused on, the overall organizational success. But to be
successful over the long haul also requires these groups to plan and execute together as part of the overall team.
This lively and motivational three day seminar will bring together Councils, Boards, Executives, Managers and Supervisors, as well as those preparing for these
positions, to gain additional tools and strategies to plan for tomorrow while keeping your staff focused and energetic today.
