DCI America

Managers in Tribal Organizations

In a combined classroom and forum setting, this interactive workshop is designed for the various management positions in tribal organizations. We will emphasize the perspective of the tribal member as ultimately your most important "client," and main beneficiary of your day-to-day work. Both a refresher for the seasoned and a crash course for newly hired or promoted managers, you will come away with a better understanding of your role as a communicator to your subordinates, while also maintaining a fair hand at evaluating and disciplining employees in the context of a tribal organization, no matter what department you work for. We will review hiring, firing, planning, and optimizing the performance of the teams that you lead. The newcomers will have the combined expertise of DCI's instructors and their fellow attendees at their disposal while the veterans benefit from the innovative techniques of their peers.
