Many times, when people attend a workshop, they feel that not enough time has been spent giving them an adequate education on the desired topic. Walking away from a workshop with partial information may be better than nothing, but it may not solve the problem or problems you had going in.

With DCI's Four-Step Comprehensive Approach, those days are over. Take a look at how we have broken down each topic into four separate yet related workshops. Here are a couple of examples of our four-step approach:

Robert's Rules of Order:

• Step 1 - Basic Indian Parliamentary Law
• Step 2 - Intermediate
• Step 3 - Advanced Parliamentary Structuring
• Step 4 - Special Session for Chairs and Vice Chairs.

After the fourth session, every person who attends all four Robert's Rules sessions will have the option of taking a test to become a member of the Consortium of Native American Parliamentarians (CNAP) at no additional cost. With a passing grade of 80, you will be listed on the CNAP section of DCI's website as a member in good standing.

Managerial and Supervisory Skills:

• Step 1 - Excelling as a new Manager or Supervisor.
• Step 2 - Becoming a Better Communicator.
• Step 3 - Coaching and Team Building Skills.
• Step 4 - Managing Multiple Projects, Goals and Deadlines.
