Established in 1990, DCIAmerica is dedicated to serving the needs of Native American organizations, businesses and individuals in the United States and Canada by offering the finest workshops, seminars, conferences, and on-site training available. DCIAmerica has earned its place of distinction in Indian Country through the staff and instructors’ enthusiastic leadership. DCIAmerica created the first and best Enrollment and Tribal Council Leadership workshops and conferences. This innovation opened new avenues for nations, tribes, bands and pueblos to learn and exchange solutions to the most pressing issues in Indian Country. DCIAmerica provides the best training programs on a variety of topics, including our most popular:
DCIAmerica founded the Consortium of Native American Parliamentarians (CNAP) in 1998 in order to train and certify parliamentarians who are educated in Robert’s Rules of Order and sensitive to native cultures. Membership is contingent upon successful completion of Robert’s Rules workshops and additional testing. DCIAmerica’s on-site sessions include customizable agendas tailored to provide insight on issues specific to your tribe. On-site training provides the opportunity to connect your community through practical education in large and/or small groups. Invite your whole tribe to a session or keep it limited to the Board or Executive Council. You choose the subject and the audience. DCIAmerica’s experienced management professionals are also available to provide assistance with issues such as:
Current DCIAmerica programs are regularly announced via fax and email, and the complete schedule is available here on the website.
