Robert's Rules of Order:
Step 1 - Basic Indian Parliamentary Law
Step 2 - Intermediate
Step 3 - Advanced Parliamentary Structuring
Step 4 - Special Session for Chairs and Vice Chairs.
After the fourth session, every person who attends all four Robert's Rules sessions will have the option of taking a test to become a member of the Consortium of Native American Parliamentarians (CNAP) at no additional cost. With a passing grade of 80,
you will be listed on the CNAP section of DCI's website as a member in good standing.
Managerial and Supervisory Skills:
Step 1 - Excelling as a new Manager or Supervisor.
Step 2 - Becoming a Better Communicator.
Step 3 - Coaching and Team Building Skills.
Step 4 - Managing Multiple Projects, Goals and Deadlines.
