Programs are being added on a continuing basis, including region-specific courses. All individuals
who successfully complete DCIAmerica courses are provided with certificates of completion and continuing
education unit credits (CEU’s).
The Consortium of Native American Parliamentarians
(CNAP), started in 1998 by DCI,
gives tribal organizations an opportunity to train and certify staff as parliamentarians who
are educated and sensitive to native cultures through DCI’s intense Robert’s Rules Workshops
and comprehensive testing.
DCIAmerica is dedicated to providing the best training programs (current offerings are posted

continuing basis, including region-specific courses. All individuals who successfully complete
DCIAmerica courses are provided with certificates of completion and continuing education unit
credits (CEU’s). DCIAmerica course instructors are all qualified professionals who are firmly
established in Indian Country, guaranteeing course quality at the highest level. Preference is
always given to Native American trainers.
DCIAmerica’s on-site sessions provide cost efficient, high impact training to groups, who might
not otherwise be able to attend DCI’s important workshops. Hosting groups receive pertinent,
customized training delivered directly to the community.
